PENINSULA TRAIL RUNNERS AGM- 16TH AUGUST 2018
PTR’s second AGM was a great success with another fabulous turn out, thank you to everybody that attended or submitted proxy nomination forms.
We would like to announce and welcome our new Committee for 2018-19:
President – Johnny Horrocks
Vice President – Christopher Adams
Secretary – Justine Horrocks
Treasurer – Mark Carmody
Ordinary Members: Jayne Carmody, Kathy Porter, Klara Strangis and Gus Strangis
We would like to thank the outgoing Committee Members for their help and support over the past year- it has been very much appreciated
Lucy Stabb, Kirsten Maplestone, Marnie Grace and Lisa Burton.
The Committee will be looking to our members for support in the coordination/running of events, activities etc. throughout the year, so if you would like to be involved please let us know.
Upcoming events include:
Mayors Picnic-9th September,
PTR Xmas social event –Dec date tbc
Marnie has offered to continue to create events in Team App for all our regular social runs and ad hoc events
Lisa has offered to continue to create events in Facebook for PTR attendance at trail run events and PTR runs/events
Annabel has offered to assist with the coordination of the Harrietville weekend away
We would like to recognise the awesome effort of all the nominees for PTR’s Ambassador Award:
The 2018 winner of the award being Mark Carmody. We had a last minute change of venue and would like to thank Langwarrin Junior Football Club for allowing us to use the club rooms, and to Hayden for coordinating this at very short notice The Financial Reports and Annual Reports for 2017-18 are available on Team App.
