Notice of PTR Special General Meeting-UPDATED 21/8/19
Members are advised that a special general meeting of the members of Peninsula Trail Runners inc will take place as follows:
Time: 18.30 hrs
Date: 19th September 2019
Place: Langwarrin Hall, Cranbourne-Frankston Road, Langwarrin
Purpose of the meeting
At this meeting the following special resolutions will be proposed:
Close the Club (Peninsula Trail Runners Inc) and return 2019-20 membership fees to current members.
On the closure of the Club (Peninsula Trail Runners Inc) any surplus assets would be given to Achilles Melbourne Inc.

Important information:
Peninsula Trail Runners Inc AGM was held on the 15th August 2019.
The positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer received no nominations and remain unfilled.
Nominations for Ordinary Members were received and the following elected unopposed: Clinton McDonald, Ian Ferguson, Kelly Wisdom.
Update: Ian Ferguson has withdrawn his nomination
Peninsula Trail Runners inc cannot continue to operate without a committee. Members have an opportunity to fill the vacant Committee positions.
The current Secretary (Justine Horrocks) is to be informed by COB Monday 16th September if members are able to fill the positions and form a committee.
The Secretary will in turn officially notify all current members of the nominations for these Committee positions, therefore providing members with the information required to vote on the above special resolutions.
