And it’s so easy to do, you don’t even need to leave the house.
We have 100 tickets numbered 1 to 100 sat in a jar and available for a donation of $10 per ticket to PTR members, their family and friends, until December 14th 2016 or until all tickets are taken.
If you would like one, or more, of these tickets please follow the steps below:
1. Decide how many tickets you would like
2. Transfer the required donation into the PTR bank account with the reference ‘100’ and your full name e.g. “100 Johnny Horrocks” Bank account details- Account Name: Peninsula Trail Runners inc, BSB: 633-000, Account Number: 157695750
3. Go to the ‘pinned’ post on our Facebook page and comment on this post with your full name, the number of tickets you would like and the date you made your donation (only comment on this post after you have made your donation)
NB. If non PTR family or friends would like tickets please ensure the name in the comments matches the name against the bank deposit.
On receipt of the donation a PTR committee member will :
4. Pick the required number of tickets from the jar at random
5. Reply to your comment detailing your ticket numbers
6. Place the purchased tickets into a new jar
PTR Committee will advice when the tickets have all been allocated or no longer available – after December 14th.
A ticket will be selected at random by a PTR member at the Christmas social night on 16th December,.
The holder of the ticket will receive a 25% of the total value of the donations received, up to a maximum of $250, as our thank you for supporting PTR.
